Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Service and user content

Supershot removes backgrounds, formats images, and prepares files using selected marketplace presets. You retain ownership of images and other content you upload.

You grant us the limited permission necessary to store, process, transmit, and return that content solely to operate and support the service.

Acceptable use

You may upload only content you have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or privacy-violating content; attempt to bypass security or usage limits; interfere with other users; or use the service to build or operate an abusive automated system.

Credits and subscriptions

One successfully optimized image uses one credit. Failed images and retries do not use credits. Free credits are limited and may be offered once per account.

One-time purchased credits remain valid for the period shown at purchase and do not automatically renew. Business credits renew each billing period, do not roll over, and continue until the subscription is canceled. Purchased credits remain available after cancellation until they expire or are used.

Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and refund eligibility are shown before checkout. Polar processes payments and subscription management. Except where required by law or expressly stated, consumed credits are not refundable.

Third-party services

The service depends on providers including AWS, PhotoRoom, Polar, Resend, hosting providers, and database infrastructure. Your use of provider-hosted checkout or other provider surfaces may also be governed by their terms.

Availability and results

We work to keep the service available, but processing may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, provider failures, source-image quality, or other operational conditions.

Marketplace presets are practical formatting defaults, not a guarantee that a marketplace will accept an image or listing. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and meeting all applicable marketplace and content rules.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address violations, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect background removal, or marketplace acceptance.

To the extent permitted by law, Supershot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the service. Any additional limitations required for production should be finalized with legal counsel.
